4. Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover the following situations: artificial damage, misuse, improper storage, natural wear and tear; damage caused by force majeure (such as floods, earthquakes, fires, etc.); products that have been disassembled, modified or repaired without authorization; products without valid purchase records.
